Talk about playing into the company's hands! For as long as you're blaming each other for all the wrongs in the company, those who are truly responsible for everything that's wrong are laughing all the way to the bank. How hard is it to understand whatever the age, we're all in this together?

@1zxh I tell junior employees the same thing. Part of your job is knowing where to go and find information. A lot of the time, all I can really do is go and look for/with you. Why should I stop my workflow and do that for you?
This is what two generations of mass, standardized testing gets you: a bunch of people who look good on paper running around the office asking for instructions. Pathetic.
First off generalization of a whole generation is wrong. I try to help all youngsters that need help. No different than racism. There are good and bad in every generation and race. Ignorance is when folks lump all of a group in a bad or good category. What’s sad is the folks that behave that way. Maybe it’s ignorance or the way they were raised but one thing for sure it’s wrong. Life will catch up then one day.
Boomers need to retire, quit, or get fired. They are no help at all when I ask questions. They tell me that I need to go look it up and put in more time like they did. Why would I need to do that if they are employed? I don’t understand what their purpos is if they can’t answer basic questions. Why should I go on and reinvent a bike? Boomers suck! Go away boomers!

@OP I think both groups are blaming one another for problems that neither has any real control over.
Personally, when I hear millennials complaining I just tune it out, because most of them don’t bother to participate in any institutions. Don’t whine about how unfair society is if you’re not participating in basic civic processes that you have free access to.
Always seems like post like these are made by people I’m EMIT or campus folks that think they are contributing to the bottom line lol. In manufacturing it’s not nearly as miserable as you folks say.
