DW, the darling of McKinsey and Nielsen and … ugh … Facebook.
McKinsey and Facebook are ethically and morally bankrupt cultures.
I remember sending him a welcome message while simultaneously applying for external jobs back in 2020.
He’s a part of the SH Friends and Family Plan™.
@5een+1cQDiMdL agree. Those who have been RIFd including couple of Directors/VPs that were pushed out or being pushed out so that TR can comply with D&I. These Directors/VP are intelligent, honest, caring, personable, proficient, well-liked, admired, and respected and a positive role model and lifts up the morale of the employees. And now they are replaced by inept, unqualified, incomprehensible, boot-li---r, sycophant puppets and lemmings who are are selfish, impatient, inflexible, who have low emotional intelligence, ckised-minded, insincere, narcissistic managing with fear and building back the silos.
Dear KR and DW, whole point of "disruption" is to disrupt things that aren't working not the ones that are working and positive assets and values to the company. You disrupt just for the sake of disruption. We used to stand on the shoulders of giants. Now TR, esp. the TR segment where I am, is a kakistocracy.
If you are still left at TR, it means that you will do what you have to do to stay, but that by no means say that are you valued. As I look around at who is left, its typically the meek ones, ones that go with the flow, no dissenting opinions, happy they have a job. TR is a paycheck, nothing more nothing less, if you set those personal expectations, you will have a good quality of life and not be disappointed. There have removed anyone with opinions or forced them to leave, the leaders that remain are mediocre at best but tow the company line.
Follow my blog on Atrium, the replacement for The Hub when that new platform is accessible in Q2 2024.
You whiners, this is what you get for being woke and promoting woke-ism. Enjoy the woke TR now.

@uvq+1cQDiMdL - perhaps MAV is referring to Victoria’s Secret. After all, she used to run HR there.
PINK by Victoria’s Secret
PINKSLIP by Thomson Reuters
Times are a changing. Embrace the change. Touch choices to be made. Your code soon to be butchered by slave labor.
The "Change Program" SH: We're not yet half way through" We're 7-8 months into this program. What is it then, a quarter done, 20% done, 10% how much longer? Or is this to say we will continue to pull this magic phrase out every time there is a need to defragment, reduce, innovate, be more agile aka a layoff. The change program will never be done then? but its better to say "Change" instead of headcount reduction.
tr == the meaning of life!!!!
The fishbowl contains the remains of the Ann Arbor tech organization.
I don't know what company MAV is describing because it has nothing to do with TR.
Show empathy to the plebs! Layoffs imminent
Driving change, delighting customers... nothing about failing processes or redundancies. It's proper bu-----t bingo.

Align/Appreciate/Change/Customer/Impact, etc. etc., spoken to a bunch of tuned-out people who were told falsely that they're only "Partially Meeting" expectations. An elaborate institutional brainwashing just to save a few bucks.
