Amazing to me the number of people who post here that are change resisters. Everyday our industry is changing, everyday the world is changing. In fact the only constant is now change. Get with the program or be prepared to be surprised when you wake up and you’ve squandered a great opportunity!

Thank you paid Fiserv spokesperson for the anonymous rant putting down people who can only express their frustration here because Fiserv doesn’t care about employees. Stop cheerleading. Stop calling it a family. Stop saying Fiserv is flexible. Own it that Frank doesn’t give a sh-t about people.
im not being change-resistant.. the way i look at it, i'll still be watching my triple x rated videos even when back in the office. got the playlist ready to go on my phone. dont worry Frank i'll aim it towards the restroom cams so you can watch too
Why do we need executives? Just hire the coaches instead.
Doing a good job during the merger and having proper strategic plan with "Change Agents" would have prevented the cluster that is now Fiserv. Most of the senior staff need an executive coach to help them.
