Just curious, has anyone talked to an attorney about filing an age discrimination lawsuit?

I have considered an age related claim, but waiting to see who gets the few jobs that remain. That will be a big indicator of the intentions.
If you could search 'age discrimination' on this site you would have several hits.
You’ll have to be sure to have a good case. Their legal team would write you off a check out of court worst case.
Oh please, you're either giving them too much credit or you are PR/a Senior Director posting disinformation. Someone did post that they are working with a legal firm and they even mentioned the name. Not sure which thread it is in one here, but it's posted.
Nope. Because their legal team is exceedingly careful to never go beyond the limits that the law allows. No sense just feeding a lawyer money.
