Does your organization have a blanket exception to the vaccine? Many organizations do. I am shocked that some organizations that have non customer facing employees have not been offered this.

Vaccinated people will be the first to be laid off. The people with exemptions are such a low percentage, AT&T legal would never risk a lawsuit by targeting the people with medical or religious exemptions. No reason in touching them, since they have the 99% of sheep to lay off.
