All the other major financial institutions held back when the cases sky rocketed. I search for updates and ALL I see are financial forecast from the Bank. No concern for health or employees. No safety has been put in place at sites. We are working in unsafe conditions when there are other options that could have been implemented.

So why do you keep coming back to the office? Nobody's forcing you to work there. Other Banks will return soon enough, Bank of America is a leader in return to office, enjoy the free coffee and amenities. You're too negative.
Yes its realized and the verdict is our Bank will negatively impact the number of cases
