If we've learned anything in the past year, it's how disconnected this management is from its employees. Just think about some of the decisions made in the last few months alone. The stronger the pushback from the employees, the more stubborn they are and unwilling to change course. That's going to work out well in the end for sure...

who cares
I agree 100% my direct manager and second level in Mobility do not care what so ever. They have worked from since before Covid they do not respond to the phone calls only email and that takes at least two days. The second level has absolutely no leadership skills or technical skills he just forwards emails from the Level 3.
Great reputation, just tell potential employers that you strictly follow after Standkey’s leadership competency model, and is the smartest person in the room.
And you can mimic Randy’s good old boy talking points while stealing the company blind.
Offers will be flooding in, you will need beat them off with sticks.
Gonna step out for a cry session. Sniff, sniff.
“ Get out now while AT&T still has a good reputation and means something to a future employer”
Lmfao. When has AT&T had a good reputation?!
Retention is a concept no longer valued..Stankey publicly states he wants people to leave. That sentiment rolls downhill.
Get out now while AT&T still has a good reputation and means something to a future employer. There will come a time in which AT&T employees will not be desirable to hire when sh-t blow up an people flood the job market.
The prevailing sentiment is you are a employee/ coworker/subordinate. Me and my job is always more important than yours. This has been the norm for decades with most large corporations.
This is the case in any corporation, executives are really in a different strata than working class folks, they have contracts that give them a lot of benefits but they are tied mostly to the bottom line. Once you understand their motivation it all makes sense, it's too bad they feel a constant need to bs working folks and paint everything with a positive corporate spin..
The c-suite is not going down with this ship. They’re already in the life boats with tons of cash!!
Stankey cares about his compensation, bonus, stock options and his private jets!
For one to not care, one must actually care first. It’s like the movie titanic, siting on the top deck with the music playing. We all know how this will end.
