Why , town Halls in this place are all about drinking the coolaid and always some nonsense that doesn't have to do with your day to day.. to me town Halls at like weather forecast, you can't do anything about it , just gives you a heads up if you need to take cover.
Why? Do you need direction to be capable of doing your daily tasks? Is there some deep understanding that will be espoused by management in a town hall? Put in your 40 and cash your check. Nothing more, nothing less. If you need a deep meaningful career to give you purpose, you are at the wrong employer.
