you never know with this company though, they are not proactive they only react. you can’t go by what they have done in the past. everything changes at the drop of the hat. you never know what to expect however. anything is possible.

Offer usually in the mail by end of September/early October and off the books by early December. Hasn’t been one companywide in at least 3-4 years. There’s plenty of work on the FiOS side, so I doubt there will be one for technicians.

Training has been suspended for 1 1/2 years now due to the pandemic in the moving of copper technicians to Fios. It’s only a matter of time before the training will begin again.

Any offers or buyouts will be for smaller groups, like they one they just had this summer for a certain select smaller group, which was off the books by the first week of September, which has already passed.

There is enough work out there and not that much surplus. And any surplus will be moved to FiOS once training begins again
