Was just told at 4:30 Friday if I am not in the office Monday it is considered my two week notice. For weeks we have been told it would be a gradual return and now this!!!??? What happened to this company?

That basically happened to me too. It was handled VERY strange and on short notice. I didn’t go in, however.
I did not believe the original poster until I opened my email this morning and found a similar, strongly suggestive, email from my SVP. Although it did not mandate a return today the message was clear that we are expected to be back in the office.
I agree with poster @bdh+1cSO1hdT there needs to be a blast email going to these clients letting know the real Fiserv, and how they are being lied to
No one told anyone on a Friday to report to the office on the following Monday. There's a lot this company can and should do better from top-down, but this "knee jerk surprise" claim is not following any patterns any of us have heard about. If it truly did happen, this is some odd exception.
If this true, refuse. You didn't resign.
There is no way I will go back in the office just because Frank said so when Delta ki---d over 250 in my state today. The vaccine efficacy is not 100% no matter how much HR pretends it is. The idea that I will sit in a cube farm with unmasked people who may have faked their own vax card is laughable.

Yeah, enjoy those delayed projects, extended outages and pi---d off clients that are stuck in contracts. Soon those bonuses will dwindle as less and less gets done and clients move on from the pi-s poor service. FIS and Q Banking seem to be stealing customers left and right.
You can thank Frank. This is Frank’s MO. Natural reduction and he doesn’t get his hands dirty. He will reap the rewards in bonuses and stock options. He doesn’t give a flip about anyone but himself. He’s a ruthless jerk and has done this time and time again. Turning Fiserv over to First Data mentality will destroy Fiserv.

Maybe someone needs to blast out an email to a bunch of clients telling them what's REALLY going on at Fiserv. ;-) Could put it on a timer..
