Congrats to all of those who are getting raises, but how in the he-l is backroom now tied for the lowest starting pay at 15/hr?????? Yet forklift merchandisers are getting a 2$ raise because they drive? Backroom is on the lift all day. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE

Why does everyone hate on this website about each other??? This whole country needs to stop hating on each other and unite before we do not have a great country. Wake up people.
A “few” trucks. HAHA! You must be in a VERY SLOW CLUB.
Back room employees think their cr-p doesn’t stink. They stay in the back, handle their claims and run a few trucks. If everyone is really honest they spend their fair amount of time sitting on their rears. Change my mind…
Blatant disrespect and disregard.
Wake up Home Office are you serious, what an insult why would you do that to backroom
And they will get what they pay for. Dedication and hard work will go down the tubes. Treat us and pay us like cr-p and you will get cr-p in return. Associates hold the power and the cards. They have to play those cards to their advantage. And if they are smart, they will.
no one in my club holds the fork merch position . None of our drivers get paid more to drive. Several of us drive quite well and absolutely deserve more pay. we do all that driving and are still expected to stock as much as the walkers. BS !!....Somewhere in Ohio
Somebody on here lastnight that people who work the hardest should get paid the least, wow
The company is attempting to finish what they started when they restructured Receiving and Claims into ‘Backroom’ a few years ago. Attempting to weed out all those long term associates that were in those positions before and the select few remaining that have endured the absolute ridiculous expectations and persevered. Capping them out at a lower rate and insulting them with no raise for the next few years might actually push a few more out and make home office happy.
Sams doesn't value a lot of employee positions
Sam's does not value backroom employees.
