You know the type of manager I'm talking about. Got where they are through brown-nosing, have no idea how to do their job, take credit for things that had nothing to do with them, resort to yelling and throwing a fit all the time to hide the fact they can't follow the conversation... Seems only fair to me.

America needs fewer managers. Right now close to 25% of all people in the U.S. workforce have the word “manager” in their title.
One manager and one supervisor for every 50 contributors is a good ratio. I sit for meetings (again, called by managers), where there are more managers than contributors. The waste and redundancy resulting from bloated management is almost dystopian. Somebody please find something else for these people to do.

My old manager who fit that mold perfectly is still in the same job, so I wouldn’t count on it
Need to loose half of them in Annandale, start in PA wing. Then the 3rd floor.
That is why they will be moved very fast to another managerial position...They were not performing in previous job, and in order for it to become very obvious, they will get a new assignment...and the cycle continues...it is a buddy-buddy system in the company..managers are protecting each other...
