When is BM going? I feel like nothing changes if branches are cut but the tree is still standing.

The announcement came through email late yesterday. I don’t see it on flagscape yet.
BM should go when the pandemic comes back in full swing, the vax proves ineffective and WFH is reinstated. Cr appy leadershit should not be rewarded even if it's encouraged by 'mandates'. Time to deploy a few more parachutes boys!

It's going nowhere. This is just theater. No material impact on BAU.
Each "NEW" leader has no backbone to change the state of affairs.

How do you do that? I say complete overhaul and be modern and allow hybrid. Anything less is status quo
