You only have 90% response because you hounds us with a zillion emails to complete until we do AND - on top of that - make our managers hound us, too!
You think that response rate means anything? Seriously...??
Just another number you can tout to regulators and shareholders to make yourselves look good.
(And hey, how about taking some action on the suggestions we offered, like say, FIVE surveys ago where you you've done nothing?)

I believe actions will be take as a result of the survey.

Thing that frustrates me is I’ve been on 2 different “Speak Up” calls recently in response to the last survey, and hardly anyone will say anything. Many people feel too intimidated to give anonymous candid feedback and it’s depressing that this culture persists here.

the one they hand weave to fix the results no matter what the outcome is?
They do not have the backbone to ask employees nor do their care for their opinion.
As long as execs can get paid and shareholders are happy you and I dont matter.
