Pointless surveys

I haven't been here that long so I haven't filled out as many surveys as those who have been here much longer. What is their purpose in general?
I mean, I know their purpose is not for BofA to find out what employees really think so they can improve things. I'm almost sure of that.
Were they ever really interested in the actual employees' opinion so they could improve the workplace?

They don't take any actions as a result of the surveys. It's a waste of time.

This company is a fuhking joke. They only use surveys to act like they give a fuhk about the employees. They give zero fuhks about us. Whenever a company forces their employees to RTO in the worst pandemic in World history it should tell you something.

I’ve been at BofA for 12 years and I tend to agree to an extent. But I still think it is imperative that associates speak up when given the opportunity. Teams will conduct follow up calls on survey results, but most won’t say anything. Some may be too intimidated but the majority just don’t care. We won’t ever have a chance to enact real change when the majority of associates remain silent.

I stopped doing the stupid surveys years ago. The surveys main purpose is so BAC can project caring and change. In reality its a total smoke show. They don't care, and now neither do associates.
