Forklift incentive?

Been working at Sam’s for a while now, I drive a forklift for meat, bakery, produce, freezer/cooler, and sometimes unload Recieving trucks. I wonder if the world’s largest corporation would be willing to offer an pay incentive for me to keep driving, I assume all the risk and responsibility of hurting myself or others. Just asking,

Well... you get a paycheck every other week. That might be your incentive. Why do people think they deserve an incentive to do their job. I mean if you really want to know about Costco maybe go apply there just a thought.

There is more information coming about the forklift pay. It’s actually positions that will be opening up in clubs. The volume of the club will determine how many requisitions will open. It will be called forklift merchandiser (something to that affect), and you will be dropping/slotting for the merchandisers, loading members out the back door and unloading trucks in backroom as needed, and other forklift duties as needed. So only those associates in that position will see an increase.

They already took the whopping 50 cent incentive away 15 years ago.
