The lack of detailed information is frustrating... just generic emails saying "return to office continues across the company"... No detailed plans to my knowledge on vaccine mandates, how they will handle vaccine efficacy runoff, how they will handle contact tracing... Although maybe I don't have this info since I'm not in the portal and haven't received a RTO date yet.
BofA is planning RTO behind vaccines but there continues to be a lack of consensus on how long vaccines are effective, when a booster would be needed, and how this will all be executed. The RTO plan has been a debacle so far.
haven't heard of anything. In fact there are more dates such as tomorrow with another wave coming into the office...
