Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Why don't they want talent?

It's not very clear to me what brought these people to Fiserv in the first place, but those are very talented young people who came here. It was immediately clear to me that they would not stay long. And indeed, one of them left after only a month.
It’s somewhat clear to me why Fisherv doesn’t want older, skilled, experienced employees (though I don’t justify that), but it’s by no means clear to me why they don't want younger talented people either? Well, they’re cheaper than the ones with a lot of experience and by some miracle they came here, but the company did nothing to keep them.

well @eje+1cWeR6Ou What the ENTIRE company minus the elitist snobs in NYC want is a better management team instead of the soulless creatures pretending to be human that are in place now.

Interesting conclusion. Talent wanted of all ages and types. What is not wanted —- non-team players, whiners or complainers.

Interesting...all of the propaganda electric boards seemingly feature only young people....I don’t think I’ve noticed any older workers at all....marketing blunder... I think not
