If you are still left at TR, it means that you will do what you have to do to stay, but that by no means say that you are valued. As I look around at who is left, its typically the meek ones, ones that go with the flow, no dissenting opinions, happy they have a job. TR is a paycheck, nothing more nothing less, if you set those personal expectations, you will have a good quality of life and not be disappointed. There have removed anyone with opinions or forced them to leave, the leaders that remain are mediocre at best but tow the company line.
