Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

our products

I've been thinking a bit about Fiserv's products// I think they should be better, but seems to me that the leadership doesn't give much thought to the ways our products could be improved?

@nby+1cXfgHVa I don't know the "designers" do here, but that's not at all what a normal "designer" does.

I don't feel like there's an issue with the products as much as the implementation of the product. They're selling products that implementations has never heard of and do not have a process or procedure to implement. There is zero communication within the company and a huge disconnect

@wqy+1cXfgHVa if thats the case why does the mobile app crash, why are mobile files late , why to the banking servers crash or run slow , not once but all the time , thats because YOUR designer is incompetent

I haven't been with the company long enough to know, what are these "product designers" designing? Isn't that a term usually applied to hardware?

How about getting rid of the old cr---y products and make a few good ones? Do they need 5 banking cores that basically do the same thing and a dozen credit union ones? You would think they could at least standardize some of it.
