Yesterday there was an email on flexibility...it says you can use up to 5 sick days as personal. I guess they are getting ready for some sickness to occur.
This isnt flexibility. No one asked for this.
We asked for hybrid.
They clearly do not care about us and just want mass layoffs to happen or natural attrition through RTO irrespective of the massive mgt changes they make. No new decisions or ideas are had to keep employees happy.
I heard ESAT was terrible this year.
I was happy to see that BofA will again let associates carry over 5 vacation days into next year, but again they continue to ignore the elephant in the room.

In large scale meetings there was a 1 bullet point about RTO. Then they swept the topic under the rug.
Ya they have these on hands calls and they say everyone is happy!!!! BUT literally every question is about covid and employees being worried about being in office and not feeling safe. They just don’t want to hear it. They won’t back down.
