A good corporate reputation is vital, but ATT still has an archaic way to manage its reputation. Today, successful companies that have a good reputation manage it from the inside out, starting with the employees.
How does our leadership expect the external audience to believe this is a good company if employees don’t share that opinion and are massively looking for a way out?

Yeah, but employees care about what the employees experience is and it really is employees that can turn things around when it comes to the Customers experience, how they are handled and treated. Happy employees translates to treating Customers well. Hurt people hurt people and unfortunately don't care and don't go the extra mile....
Whoever came up with this 5G-E that wasn't really 5G needs to go.
They're gone. That brilliant idea came from a particular person in Consumer Marketing who managed to get it in front of Donovan, who loved it. Donovan of course is gone. The marketing genius also voluntarily left in a career move for an even better job elsewhere after being praised and rewarded for their amazing "contribution."
Don't get too excited, though. Nothing has changed except a few of the players . You still have a small army of marketing clowns feeding ridiculous bu-----t to clueless upper management, who are steering the ship by it.
Well. They’re billions in debt and their reputation is already getting being degraded. You really don’t hear many positive things about AT&T.
Pro tip.
They don't care.
About you, the customers, their bosses, their subordinates.
They have zero poops to give.
It's all lip service so they can say they are trying.
Go to work.
STFU.
Do a middle of the road job.
Try to run them out of $$$$.
Worrying about the company and upper management is a study in futility.
They are clueless, in way over their heads and hate you.
They want you fired...gone. For any reason you give them.
Smile and wave and SAY IT WITH ME......"You have a nice day!!"
Ratty: Why do y’all hate on me so much? Look, I invested $4B in TMOB and it was a huge success! I’m a genius!….wait, what?!!
The #1 concern customers have is price. And AT&T products with no employee discount are way overpriced!
Customers don't care about Ratty or Stinky. Sorry to tell you.
Employees do, but customers don't.
Customers don't really care what the employee experience is like. They're focused on themselves.
The biggest boost to T's reputation would be for the Ratty and Stink with their BoD minions to leave. The boost to T's reputation will be large to get rid of these crooks!
Whoever came up with this 5G-E that wasn't really 5G needs to go. That was obvious from the start that this kind of marketing was stupid because it made AT&T look sleazy. If whoever decided on this lacked the common sense that this 5G-E (evolution) was stupid, they don't have the acumen to be involved in marketing AT&T services.
It's BS designed to dazzle and intrigue the weak-minded, while making Stankey look like a leader.
After years of claiming to compete with big tech, While continued to ramp up regressive policies against its own employees.
The result is large part of the tech portfolio has been farmed out to Microsoft, IBM, and Indian outfits. Employee morale is all time low and executives are too pu--y to do net promoter score.
The big talk about reputation is targeted for journalists who aren’t paying attention. Stankey loves to see his own quotes in print, pathetic attempt to prove he is actually doing something after multiple fails. If it smells like BS, it is BS.
