The arguments here tend to bash either Fiserv for being useless or First Data for being thieves. Yabuki bad or decent or Frank bad or a monster. This is nothing new folks. GE had a great CEO in Jack Welch and Immelt was a disaster. Home Depot damn near destroyed by Jeff Nardeli and Xerox ditto with Ursula Burns (who found herself a new gig too). IBM had Akers, followed by Gerstner and then Ginny damn near wiped it all out. So these posts and issues here are nothing new.
