I don't want to return to the office and I've been spending every free moment of my time looking for a new remote job. There are plenty of options right now, that's true. However, most of them come with a significant pay cut, which is something I can't afford right now. Which leaves me stuck between a rock and a hard place. I hope others are having more luck in their search.

If you're not finding jobs offering the compensation you deserve, KEEP LOOKING. Job hunting is not for the faint of heart, but it can be less terrible if you plan accordingly. It's a job seeker's market and don't let anybody kid you about that. Also, your resume' is about 10% of the hiring process, but it's your foot in the door unless you have a direct connection permitting you to bypass some of the hiring formalities like a resume' and a cover letter. Keep that resume' current, always. Preparing a ki---r resume' that outshines the competition can take weeks, if not months, unless you hire professional resume' services. Put in the work; you'll be glad you did.
Check out FIS.
They are happy to have WFH employees, healthcare is cheaper and pay is about the same or better. Oh and no screwing you over with your 401K.
A bigger company with better products.
