What is the highest IPF range one could get in Cisco ? Is there any range for IPF factor?

My range so far is 1.2 - 2.1
They won’t give anywhere near 1.5 in high grades, it costs too much money.
I got 1.9 a year ago. Now at a different company due to cr---y new manager.
I got a 2.0 during my first year
Never seen nor heard of anyone near or above 2

Really? What does that even matter?? Ask your VP relative then, not a rumor board.
Highest I have ever seen was 1.8 (and that was only once in 10 years). All depends on how much the leader really wants to differentiate with the budget being the constraint.
Yes, 3.o is the max, but I’ve only ever seen EVPs receive it (it was in the annual report).
Its an irrelevant questions because it all comes down to how much budget is held by the manager and how much differentiation is warranted across the team.

Technically it’s 2.0 but nobody ever gets that. 1.5 is very good and only rarely do you see above that. In fact in 20 years I’ve only heard of above 1.5 on here, never first hand.
I belong to EN group and heard from my manager thats 1.5 or lil bit more than 1.5 is what the highest he has seen/given
