What is the highest IPF range one could get in Cisco ? Is there any range for IPF factor?

They won’t give anywhere near 1.5 in high grades, it costs too much money.

Highest I have ever seen was 1.8 (and that was only once in 10 years). All depends on how much the leader really wants to differentiate with the budget being the constraint.

Yes, 3.o is the max, but I’ve only ever seen EVPs receive it (it was in the annual report).

Its an irrelevant questions because it all comes down to how much budget is held by the manager and how much differentiation is warranted across the team.

Technically it’s 2.0 but nobody ever gets that. 1.5 is very good and only rarely do you see above that. In fact in 20 years I’ve only heard of above 1.5 on here, never first hand.

I belong to EN group and heard from my manager thats 1.5 or lil bit more than 1.5 is what the highest he has seen/given

Might be different for other groups.. i will let them comment on this one ..
