Anytime there is an all hands senior or local to your team and they send out the survey anonymous to ask questions. Keep bringing this up!!

At a Town Hall 2 weeks ago, there were long delays in Q&A as they scrolled furtively through the submitted questions trying to find ones that were not RTO related.
RTO has been the stance of management for over a year now. People tried to fight the 30 mile rule and failed. Complaining and/or bringing the topic up in every meeting isn't going to change anything. So move within 30 miles of a hub, settle in, and learn to enjoy your commute.
Our team is bringing up hybrid in our ESAT review groups.
Absolutely! There is an overwhelming demand for these answers and we must keep bringing them up!
And if you're leaving, help us left behind and mention hybrid it if you have an exit interview.
Totally agree. If more people don’t speak up for hybrid or real flexible work arrangement, then we will all be back in the office 5 days/week indefinitely.
