Not worried instead hoping for the package.
We had 1/3 of our team laid off, our workload has increased accordingly, and our boss says she can't tell us the layoffs are done for our group. So yeah, I'm still worried.
Yes, I'm nervous. Our team has been hiring a lot of people in Manila the past 6 months, including managers, basically replicating our group. There's been lots of talks of reorganizing.
We were told layoffs were done in our group for this year. Don't really believe it, but it's been true for months so far.

The idea of getting the lay off notice doesn't concern me as much as finding something suitable. My job isn't perfect, but it is always that "What is behind the next door?" Will it be long lasting and pay the bills?
My group is supposedly safe the rest of this year.
