Any concrete info on when the layoff is coming this fall due to workload? We all know why we are failing “Jones and Mock”. Such a great company we were before these two bred one another and run this place below the asphalt. Just want to know when to jump ship before everyone is job hunting.

My supervisor was pretty desperate to hire someone for our department. She tried interviewing several people who turned down the job BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T WANT TO WORK FOR HER.
Don't blame them. I got out for the same reason.
Is L3H offering an incentive plan for referring anyone with a pulse? I cannot understand why they continue to hire people with no skills or abilities whatsoever. I sat across from a new hire who snapped her gum all day and made personal calls, and then literally refused to work on projects in the department. Our supervisor indulged her because she didn't want a lawsuit. (I'll let you guess the reason.)
