It seems like an extremely easy job. They hire proactively anyone for it.

You are right to a large extent. The longer sites are shutdown the easier it is to justify this as well.
Yeah, you wanna take the risk and make the big bucks, go for it.
This is why they are getting ready to lay them off and replace them with the call center sales people.
AMs don't have strong business acumen or financial skills. I'd agree on great networking skills though.
AMs are just secretaries. They schedule the actual workers to meet with customers.
If it's an easy job then why don't you apply for the role and make money? I am sure you have strong business acumen, deep financial skills, and great networking.
