Will the rest of the corporate sheep follow their lead?

My wife’s company of 18,000 employees recently made the decision to go 100% WFH and they are running like a well oiled machine. Closed all commercial buildings and didn’t renew the leases.
It is RTO not RTW. Unless you haven’t been doing W for the last year and a half.
These RTW plans make me feel like a lab rat being put in a maze to see if I starve or find my way out. I wish management would let people continue to work from home if they don't feel safe. It costs nothing.
BofA is a follower and not a leader. So much for "we put the safety of our employees first". I lost confidence in our leadership. It's only a matter of time before BofA realizes the horrible decisions have horrible consequences.
Wells has also already committed to a hybrid work schedule for CLT based staff. They are clearly making adjustments.
