This is the best job I've ever had and I don't see how it could get any better. Everything is absolutely perfect. Go Blue!

Actually, I sort of Agree. While I was there I could get my days work done in 2-3hrs. I worked remote 2+ days a week and had 30hrs a week for my volunteer work in the community. I got paid good (except no raises or bonuses), I put lots of money in my 401k with IBM match. I took every singe PTO and sick (state disability day) I could. The only issue was no career path, technologies that do no transfer to any other job today, but since I did not have to do much, I sued most of my time to prep for my next job and when the RA came I was ready. Bought a new car with the severance and on to better place.
So hang in there until you number is called and remember they do not care about you, so take care of yourself (prep and connect) and chill on the IBM dollar.
