The Columbus people are all going thru divorces for obvious reasons, so that makes them grouchy

@1ghl+1ccx6t7r Lol I'm located in Europe.. In almost every location this firm operates, people are unhappy with the same issues.

To OP: It really boils down to, if you're happy to coast and collect a salary each month you can probably continue, just note the Glassdoor reviews, there are a lot of fake ones. The reasons I left are like many other people's reasons

  • Pay is at least 30-40% below average for the market.
  • Micromanaging (I don't need a helicopter manager, I just need autonomy.)
  • No WFH and presenteeism. (I do not need to be in an office to be effective.)
  • Closure of all but one office in my location, so now commute times are insane.
  • No one really has any motivation so getting projects delivered is more painful than a root canal without numbing agent.

In EMEA we have a different issue that US management try and implement this one-size-fits all approach.

I’m guessing you haven’t been working at Fiserv very long have you? Just ask anyone around you, except the one stupid OFD dude that constantly post on here. This place has gone downhill. Morale is very very low. A lot of people are just giving up. Others are just collecting their checks.

Fiserv is not a great place to work.. better wages elsewhere, better work life balance, etc.
