Should webex and security be spun out? There aren’t any synergies and it would return more value to shareholders than keeping them.

I absolutely think the day will come where Cisco spins out the hardware business with TAC. Then creates a new business purely void of hardware dependency. The new business would focus on pure cloud calling, Webex, SASE, and whatever they piece together to call “enablement of hybrid cloud”. The sticking point is the cash cow of support contracts.
