Personally, I don't see or sense that there's going to be any kind of Incentive Package to leave in 2021. If so, you'll hear in October. Good luck!

Not true...I know as a fact, spoke to the person face to face and he said he was just offered a six month severance package and is leaving in late October. Don’t rule out anything because anything is possible!
AT&T did offer an Incentive package in early 2021. Six months pay and hit the door.
Mandatory covid shot in the rear, higher healthcare and less time off. Last $50,000 voluntary severance ended last year.
The only incentives ATT is offering to leave is that you will be rid of the Toxic T environment, and the megalomaniac Stink!
That should be more than sufficient!
Wtf are people still taking about "packages"? There hasn't been a package in decades, and there never will be again. The only option is that T makes it so miserable or financially burdensome for you to stay that you leave on your own.
Stop the fantasy talk and get real.
Package deals are done….. AT&T will mandate COVID vaccinations in the coming weeks. You want to stay employed, must get your shot. This will reduce the headcount quickly. Huge savings on the bottom line.
