Brace yourselves ! Talk is going around from higher ups that if you didn’t get the shot they are terminating your position and there are no more severance packages being given either

If you mo--ns think that attorneys & consultants haven't told BNY Mellon that there is risk associated with terminating people over the COVID vaccine, then you are grossly mistaken.
We may not have paid consultants but you can bet we paid some attorneys!
Finally a good common sense decision. Did we have to pay consultants for this?
Wish they'd just let go of the RTO thing. Working in an office is an outdated model. Even before covid I was getting sick constantly, not to mention the constant allergy/sinus issues from the garbage air quality in the building and outside. Add covid and vaccine hesitancy in the mix and I really don't want to go back to that situation. We have the technology to run operations remotely.
Let’s say that you get the shot you didn’t want or need because you fear the company will fire you - who’s to say they still won’t terminate you as one of the thousands of “efficiency saves” they have already identified and have planned?
This place is a joke for real and I hope they get sued and go under . It’s been a cesspool . And to those in here trying to be cute about spelling , get a life, learn to read and be more worried about the bu-----t this company has been pulling
If the current state of affairs is not a wake up call for people to stop living above their means, then I don't know what is.
It will be a big weight off your shoulders when you can get to a place where you can tell you're employer to F off.
For not getting the covid vaccination . Not sure why it caught off the rest
Not getting covid?
