Well, despite dutifully wearing a mask and natural immunity and antibodies per test 2 weeks ago, because I cannot afford to be homeless I have scheduled my experimental and unnecessary vaccination for tomorrow.
This is disgusting. I’m sick to my stomach. This is fully coercion, I do not want this and is against my will. I’m sure I’ll have flu-like symptoms that I didn’t even have when I was actually sick months back.
It’s sick what they are making us do against our wishes simply to keep our livelihoods. And I hate that I’m allowing myself to succumb.

At the end of the day...very, very few. They can spout nonsense here all day but when push comes to shove, these are mostly feeble minded and lazy people. They don't possess the integrity that would be required to actually stand for their convictions and lose their job. They won't even put their UID next to a comment thoughtfully expressing their opposition. That tells you all you need to know. Vax appointments are being scheduled as we speak.

Do this medical procedure or you’re fired. If you’re fine with this, then you’ll be fine with these:
*Get the flu shot or you’re fired
*Get an ab..rtion or you’re fired
*Stop smoking or you’re fired
*Be a healthy BMI or you’re fired
If masks work, this necessary. If natural immunity works, this isn’t necessary. Other companies are allowing you to test vs getting the vaccine. Why is they not an option for virtual?

Everyone who works at T has a choice. STAY employed by getting the vaccine or leave T and TRY to find another company that PAYS similarly and REQUIRES you to have the shot BEFORE they hire you. Happy hunting.

Vaccine will only give you a better chance to save your life but will not stop you from passing Covid to others. Folks who are vaccinated are getting the virus also. Some are asymptomatic. Also, vaccinated of which I am are spreading the Delta variant on more progressively just read CDC and NIH do not debunk this. 74% of folks with Covid in Mass in July/Aug are vaccinated, not all are showing signs but 5 vaccinated did die also and CDC are scratching their heads about this and are concerned. I am vaccinated and I have and will continue to wear my mask for my concern for others. I do not want to pass Covid on if I am a carrier and or asymptomatic as I am concerned about the unvaccinated and or young children etc.

There are a population with existing medical conditions that should not take the vaccine. if you're in arms fighting the vaccine because who is in charge in government and the id--ts running this company, I get it.
Vaccine is likely to save a life, may be yours, may be someone you love. Don't miss the big picture and what is really important for you. Politicians, executives and media blowhards are scumbags, they couldn't careless about you. Are you able to look at your kids in eyes and say you have made life decisions base on input from these id--ts? And that is more important than facts and science? Good luck making up your OWN mind.
T first I was horrified to hear this. But now I realize that I might get up to 2 years severance/termination pay for not getting vaccinated. That would be a dream come true for all those old-timers who have been waiting for their groups to be eliminated/surplused.
It’s surreal that there are so many millions of people in this country who choose to risk their lives and refuse a vaccine that will help save lives. But let them get Covid…they’ll expect the fastest, best treatment available to mankind. But guess what, the medical community is pushing back now. They question why they should give priority to sick Covid patients who previously refused the vaccine. They also suggest that these lung transplant patients be pushed down on the list. Wow, what a bunch of cry babies. Read the science on the vaccine. Stop making this political. Make an educated decision. I’m a Republican and I had zero issues getting it. At most you may feel slight arm pain and minor aches from the shots for 36 hours. Better than dying from it most would say. Maybe go find another job. I’m so sick of this. Now I have to wear a mask again because people who did choose not to get the vaccine also chose to not wear a mask. I did my part, do you part.
I can't afford to lose my job.. but I can tell you... I will do my job, but do not expect anything more than 8 hours a day, no "let me help with that" etc.. nope.nope! Only employees that are required to be vaccinated are top level , you low lives are fine.
You can claim a religious exemption and ask them to make reasonable accommodations like work from home.
Whether you're for or against the VAX isn't the issue. If the VAX is a government mandate, at least you can say elected representatives and the courts, which are there at least in theory to protect you, approved. In this case you have a private corporation coercing people into taking something into their bodies whether they want it or not. This is a very dangerous precedent. Psychopathic id--ts like the kind of people running AT&T should not be making public health decisions. Again, this is about the need to limit the power of malignant corporations like ATT over citizens, and is not about the VAX itself. You should be able to do what you want as far as the VAX is concerned in the absence of a government mandate, and whatever you choose to do it shouldn't be because a mentally unbalanced stooge in a corner office threatened your livelihood. Relax, got mine last month, no side affects at all. Check the numbers on those still ending up in the ICU and or dying from Covid, (hint; it's not the vaccinated).
The worst part is that there isn’t any recourse if a vaccine injury does arise. No lawsuit, no liability.
Following the science would be regular testing, natural immunity with antibodies, etc. This is not following the science. It’s succumbing to a dictator.
