I can deal with the many - and I mean MANY - IBM flaws, but the one thing that I can't get over is how boring and monotonous my work has become. It's always the same thing. No more innovation, no new ideas, just repeating the same things over and over again. It's hard to believe I used to be excited about my work.

You have two choices....
1) Start your job search.
2) Use IBM for upskilling and education to make yourself marketable at a better company THEN start your job search.
So go somewhere else
There is no innovation at IBM anymore... you are at the wrong company.
Not to mention that you will most likely get laid off at some point!
