When I think it can't get worse, Fiserv always surprises me. Back in the office in the middle of a pandemic? Really? They think we'll be more productive that way?
What a joke of a company, but ok fine. I'm really interested in what the productivity will be like in the office where we will be under even more stress and fear of the virus.

Going back to the office is going to be exhausting. I have some much 'collaboration' that I will need to do with my coworkers. Forty hours a week talking about the game last night, talking about shows we watched, complaining about the missing benefits. With all employees collaborating at the same time, nothing will get done. But don't feel bad about nothing getting done. Collaboration is the most important thing. That is the only reason that we are in the office.
So make sure you don't waste any time working when you can be collaborating instead. You need to let your manager know that you take collaboration VERY seriously.
