Management needs to justify their job by bothering you in person.
I believe WAH employers are moved to the lowest geo pay range.
Because, all in all, people are more productive in the office. If they were truly more productive remote, do you really think VZ would pass up an opportunity to reduce their real estate footprint even more?
Take the dress off and go in or quit. Soon when they require the Vax, and it's coming. All will be back in.
So they can see that you are actually working... Start looking for a new job that allows WFH if you really don't want to go back into the office.
