Why would the company think its BAU and why would the union agree ,are they going wait until their employees and members start to get sick and god forbid die.where is the leadership on both sides.

@1aqx. Yes, the stupid are trying to take over everything, the company, the government, etc.. But the rest of us are tired of the stupid ruining things, hence vaccine mandates
Vaccine to receive full approval by the end of next week. Company will be liable if they don’t mandate the vaccine, and take some steps to make it at least seem like they care. Right now they’re doing nothing……it’s a joke.
Did everyone see the population grew last year, in the US in 2020....... how is that possible with a PANDEMIC? the bodies were everywhere,, the homeless decaying bodies in the streets, have to walk over them its so bad. I think we need to shut everything down, let's wear space suits, no better, scuba diving suits, (CDC says you need to do this to save ur self) with the # 6 on it. no, the #36. better, that will show our commitment to health and safety.

You can spread it to children who are not eligible to be vaccinated.
About 70% of adults, meaning VZs work force, have been vaccinated. So isn't it more BAU than non BAU at this point?
Side note - can we lobby to get the Valneva vaccine in the US? It is the only old school vaccine coming available soon.
