Business Seg- Are you managers requiring you to do site visit and go into the office? I’m being told we are about to start.

On the business side. We opened up for on-site visits with customers and office visits - with a strong caution to be mindful of your customer’s COVID practices (if they’re wearing a mask - you wear one). Then they backed off that recently with the upswing and cancelled our in-person team meetings - and told us we COULD go on premise with a customer if invited (but recommended not) and to again - be cognizant of your environment.

Yes. T managers are required to meet with customers in the hood daily. Trailer parks too.

Strongly encouraging meeting in person with customers if they are willing. Not required to go to an internal ATT site. This is welcomed news as it's what business sales is hired to do.
