While I value your opinion and I share similar concerns about the risks of COVID, the business made a decision that was in the best interests of their employees and the company. I think a hybrid decision was a great compromise and no mater what direction they went, you’ll have some disgruntled employees that think things should be done differently. , you wont everyone happy. You may not see it but the amount of attention and detail that goes into employee safety, quality of work, and satisfaction is tremendous. It’s a full time job for most while still working in their day to day roles. Crown has taken major steps to ensure that employees are safe.
Also, you have free will to go wherever you want to go. If crown doesn’t meet your needs or your unhappy with the decisions being made, maybe it’s time to move on. There’s nothing wrong with that. Do what makes you and your family happy because at the end of the day, that’s all that matters. No one will fault you for making a decision that serves you best.
