I don’t wake up angry, spend my whole day under stress working for uneducated, anti- intellectual alcoholics. I’m not doing 3 people’s jobs and I’m making 50% more in a sophisticated firm. I’m not being forced to go back into the office or getting in screaming matches with my boss. Leave Fiserv and life will seem good again.

@hkt+1cmrRdCo Sapience will tell you how much someone types and clicks, you get no data from how much time someone spends contemplating, especially in knowledge work. Tracking software is barbaric and solves nothing. Trust employees to do the job they were hired for.

if I didn't make >$150k delegating out everything assigned to me, i would consider leaving. I am going to coast for as long as possible and save up.
