“COB violation step one, not disclosed yet but will be on your record, you will be evaluated to see if you can still complete your job, if not let go.
If you can do your job when you fill out for insurance you will have a non vaccination penalty like tobacco users do, I think this is going to be $200.
If you can do your job and are available to get a bonnous, you will not reveive one because of the cob violation.
Also in the next year you will receive a second Cob violation and with this being close to end of 2021 this will put the second within 3 or 4 months. At this point you should have already found a new job because this will be the end.“

I figured it was going to be something like this. They can’t fire you on October 11, it will be a process and they will hurt you as much as they can all along the way. Interesting that the deadline is just around benefits enrollment….

@2fbs+1cmvfMKL That's cool. Just remember, when AT&T finally comes for you, there will be one left to speak for you.

Yes make your choice. Choose to leave if you don't like it. Get a job elsewhere. Your choice.

You know what’s crazy about this, it seems T follows WHATEVER Facebook and Google does , as if they don’t realize we are TELCOM! All other major telecoms have come out and said they are NOT making vaccinations mandatory , they are leaving it up to the individuals !! Verizon , T-Mobile said they might encourage it , but NO MANDATES , and Ericsson said they will NOT , and that it’s a personal decision ! This is exactly how it should be ! A personal choice! People who don’t want that injection shouldn’t be forced to take it! The people who WILLFULLY took the shot had their choice, let the people that want to do the opposite make the same choice also to Not take the shot !

WRONG. Am aware of many management employees that have voiced their objections to having to disclose personal information to the company. Some of us don’t just sit around and take it.

@1bsc+1cmvfMKL, Sorry that us low level employees have a little leverage. Hey, AT&T is going to cut you soon enough. Good news is that Lowes is hiring in almost all areas.

Correct. "HIPAA is short for the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act".

Applies to health care provider entities. Mainly intended to standardize
the digitization of medical records for the purposes of billing and such. When reords are shared between health care entities.
Your health insurance company and your physician for example.
A lot of misinformation out there.

@sqd+1cmvfMKL, you should probably read before making incorrect statements.

"If an employer asks an employee to provide proof that they have been vaccinated, that is not a HIPAA violation, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services said on its website."

“It is not a general shield that permits individuals to avoid disclosing their own health information,” said Mark Rothstein, a professor at the University of Louisville, according to Poynter. “Individuals often must disclose their health information, or authorize the disclosure by a HIPAA covered entity, when applying for employment, life insurance, etc. The individual does not have to release the health information, but then they may not be hired or offered insurance.”

@1bsc+1cmvfMKL Of course they are. Only union people would complain openly. No management person would open their mouth and risk retaliation.

Has anyone noticed on Insider that almost 100% of the people protesting the vaccination order are those low-level jobs, like data entry, secretarial, and low skill repair positions? Most of them barely have a p-t to "p" in and yet they are somehow all experts in virology. Just looking at the cast of characters protesting it makes it appear as though getting the jab is a good idea.

@emr+1cmvfMKL You fail to realize the vaccine does not stop you from getting or spread long the virus. Get a shot get the side effects and still get the virus. But hey long as you complied with some billionaire that doesn’t give a sh-t about you that’s all that matters right.
