It is incomprehensible to me why they insist on returning to the office while there are still a very large number of infected people? Why is it so important that we return to the office while the end of the pandemic is still not in sight? Do they take this virus seriously or do the health and lives of their employees not matter to them? If we know that there is a possibility that the vaccinated person can get infected too, why such a rush to get everyone back to office?

How do you know they will postpone until Jan 2022? That would be the smart thing to do given all the data.
