Is there anyone who has not gotten one yet? They were due 7/31 and yet myself and some other members of the team have received nothing yet while others Atleast got it to review and approve even though they never even got a meeting to discuss it

Ears must have been ringing because I did get it sent for review and of course with no meeting to discuss as usual. Literally nothing noted at all about what I’ve done and was two short sentences so why the delay. I did not get a BE as he had zero reason based on the cr-p I do and was tasked with this year. He is done here after this week so who knows if that was the reason why it took so long but i guarantee if I did that to my staff, there would have been issues. 3 weeks late. SMH
Force ranked, forced out!
Chances are, late review means a BE and will get cut by year's end.
@ @1yga+1cnCcs6H - how pathetic does one have to be to go on every topic and try to be spell check police? You really are a loser
@1yga+1cnCcs6H, what are you the grammar police? Stop being a di-k, we know what was meant.
“Myself and…” I hope you don’t have to communicate in English.
Let’s see. Goals delivered in late March. Mid year review in late August. Year end review in November. Crazy time line
O was told they weren't going to do forced rankings going forward, not sure if it was smoke up my a-s but thats what i heard.
Thinking a lot of supervisors are putting off having to play the forced rankings game. After all, who wants to lie and tell someone that’s competently doing their job that they are below expectations (and start the ball rolling to terminate them). Besides, these supervisors are also busy providing their higher ups with a list of what order their employees should be laid off in. Yesterday (8/16), my former supervisor started the day with six employees. Before the morning was over, five of the six were laid off. That’s five employees that he now doesn’t have to do late mid-year performance reviews on. : /
