I haven’t uploaded my vax card because I’m very high risk. My manager is under the impression everyone is going back in September. I haven’t received my invite yet - I thought we were all going to be given 30 days notice?

already told my boss he is getting my 30 day notice when I receive the 30 day RTO notice..he is sympathetic and fully understands.
If they decide not to give notice he is going to lose me without chance to do turnover…that wouldn’t help the company out much
No upload for me...and no invite to return. But I have a coworker who has uploaded their info and still has no invite to return. We are talking about a location in TX..so given the extent of the outbreak here and the insanity of our governor, I don't know if anyone has been invited back in TX yet.
Flagscape still says when its time for you to return to office, you will be contacted at least
30 days in advance and FAQ's still say 30 days notice will be given so you aren't to return until you've been notified to do so.
@jbb+ 1cnDIoZK My interpretation when they said everyone regardless of vaxx status would RTO in Sept was that it was earlier in the summer before the delta variant surge.
I think they are backing off of returning unvaxxed at this time but I’m just speculating. The latest comms were vague in saying unvaxxed will return “in a later phase which could be Oct or Nov or Jan
What they’ve been telling us is that EVERYONE, vaccinated and unvaccinated, will be going back in September. I haven’t uploaded my card, nor will I, and I haven’t received an email to go back. I don’t know if they need to give notice anymore from what I heard.
The only communication about RTO has been to those who uploaded their vaxx status in the portal.
They have not ever provided any detailed RTO plan or date for unvaxxed/not in portal. I don’t see any RTO happening anytime soon unless you are in the portal.
Managers now get a list emailed on the dates their team selects.
Managers don't know when their teams will be there for this RTO. It's above their pay grade
