They won’t offer a package. They have a great play in place just waiting for the fda to approve. All they have to do is mandate the vaccine and they 1/4 (maybe a little less) of the the employees will leave on their own. Why would they need to offer a package?
They need to offer an SEIPP in all depts ASAP if they're looking to reduce workforce. They wanna play "hard ball" and try to hold out until they either frustrate us into quitting or find some reason to fire us. This is a company I have over the years grown to despise because of the poor treatment they inflict onto their employees and their discrimination. Offer a damn SEIPP already PLEASE and make both of us happy.
