Phase 2 is to evaluate Higher managers salary’s as in Store Managers and Opps managers. Thoughts? Or has anyone heard anything of when phase two is?

1to 3 operation managers ???? Can’t even find anyone to be a cashier where the he-l syores finding 1-3 ops managers ??!
Phase 2 = Project Laurence???
Advanced Tech will replace store manager. Front store will run off one to three operations managers depending on volume.
Operations managers can already hire. This has been in place for awhile now.
