Ok, we're told no more shirts with big print, if you wear it you're sent home with a point. We're told they're holding people accountable for their points. I've seen in both cases that's b.s. It depends on who you are, who you know or related too. Is there anyone on this site that works where its enforced. Just curious?

If you are NOT one of your management favorite, they will get rid of you.
That's the way it is. Always been. It hasn't changed in the last 60 years, and it never will. Life. Is. Not. Fair. You're mistaken if you think it is or ever will be. And you will lose.
Our h.r. lady printed the new dress code the day it came out and hung it up in the break area and the manger gave us 30 days to get right. No problems here and no complaints.
I have yet to see the shirt thing enforced in our club. There is no communication whatsoever...except for a select few.
You are correct. It's who you know and who you are. Most associates are not held accountable for anything. It's very frustrating to the people who always try to do the right thing.
